Assignment 22A: Elevator Pitch 3

I need to work on being less fidgety and keeping my eyes focused on the camera more. Improvements: For this post, I prepared an outline of what to say. I also dressed more professionally and took my time and focused on standing still and keeping my eyes on the camera. Hopefully this one will be smoother!

The Art of Social Media: Power Tips for Power Users, Guy Kawasaki What was the general theme or argument of the book? This book explained the extreme power social media can have on business in the modern-day economy in which we live. This book explains the ways business people can use social media as a weapon and the detailed steps to getting to this point. It can be a huge positive if people use it right, however it can also be detrimental to a company if it is used wrong. This is a growing trend and our generation is growing into power with much more knowledge about this aspect than the previous generations in this field. Assignment 20A: Growing Social Capital

Market Expert- Martin: Martin is a boat electronic specialist. He works at West Marine and does installs on the side through his own company. Martin has installed on my boats and has helped me to understand all there is to know about wiring on boats. I called him up and asked him about my idea. He said that there is not anything even close to what I was describing except for dealerships that are way overpriced. He said this was a great idea and that he would actually look into it for me. He does similar work now, but one man can only do so much. He warned me about getting the right employees and mechanics and that this will determine if my business is successful.
