but no one does.

else.

Potential Customers

revenues and is huge for success.

people in Tampa with boats.
I: This is hard for people to know customers before they
start their business.
N: This cannot be replaced by anything in a startup
business.
10. Education
V: This is huge in the mechanic industry because most people
lack a college degree.
R: This is very rare for this industry and this will
definitely be a benefit I have
I: This is hard for people to copy because they are usually
busy at work.
N: There is no substitute for this and is very hard to be
replaced by anything else.
For this resource list, I believe number 8 (Professionalism)
is my best potential resource. This cannot be replaced by anything else and
definitely is an aspect that is lacked in this industry. I think with this
resource my company would put me above all other potential competitors. I
believe this is a huge consideration when I go about starting my business and I
must have this as an aspect to be successful.
Dylan,
ReplyDeleteI really resonate with your 1st topic up above: organization. I am most definitely a type A personality that relies on organization throughout life. Also I like how each of your points you really took the time to efficiently write them out and show how they're meaningful.
Dylan,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading your post. This post allows me to see that you have a clear and well thought out plan for how to not only get your business up and running, but also how to keep it running efficiently and for a long time. There were definitely some resources that know that I need as well. One of these resources is knowledge. I believe that everyone needs this resource to be successful in any business venture that they decide to undertake. This was a great post.
Hi Dylan,
ReplyDeleteI think you did a really good job with your post. It seems like a lot of your resources are intangible. Some of my resources were also intangible. I think knowledge is a very important resource because if your employees that is how you will build credibility. However, I also agree with you in that professionalism is the most valuable resource.
Hey Dylan!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this week’s blog post! One thing that stood out to me when reading your post is that you can supply your venture with great knowledge about boats. This will be the key to success in your venture, and it is something that takes a lot of time to learn. You seem to have a great handle on your venture, and I hope you take it to market. Overall, great job!
