Assignment 28A: Exit
Exit:
In a perfect world when my exit tragedy is coming into play
in my company, I would not really want to exit. After a few years I would not run
it anymore hopefully, I would just be a CEO or on the Board. I would want to
hand it to my family or kids and have them carry the business’ name and keep
the name running and in the family.
I pick this exit because I want to give them all that I can
to ensure they live a happy and comfortable life. This would take asway from so
much of the stress put on them from schooling, tests and jobs. Rather, they would
grow up knowing what to do and how to live in a comfortable, happy life.
This exit has not really formed much of my decisions or how
I identified this opportunity, but it will definitely be present in my children’s’
life as well. Being an avid boater, I know all my kids will grow up around
boating and love the water.
Dylan,
ReplyDeleteI like again how you're honest with yourself and you are willing to stick it out until the end in order to see your business idea succeed. however maybe just for worst case scenario do have a plan in mind in how you are going to tackle the trials and tribulations that mount up in your way.
Hey Dylan!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this week’s blog post. The exit strategy for your business is extremely smart and clever when you decide to become the CEO or stay on the board. Allowing yourself to still play a part in the business would be beneficial for your family and your kids in the long run. Overall, I think you did a great job on this week’s assignment!
